Wiggling Tails was founded on a simple belief: small dogs thrive in environments built around consistency, thoughtful structure, and intentional care.
Since 2013, we have served families throughout San Francisco, the Peninsula, and the Coastside with an enrollment-based small dog daycare program designed to support balanced development; physically, socially, and emotionally.
Wiggling Tails is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Martha and Michael, who transitioned from careers in higher education to build a professional small dog community grounded in safety, stability, and long-term relationships.

We operate as an enrollment-based program rather than a drop-in facility.
Dogs attend consistently, are placed intentionally within balanced play groups, and are supported through clear health and safety standards. This structure allows us to truly know each dog and maintain a stable, trusted environment.
